Personal Care Assistant – Night Duty | $35–$45/hr | Melbourne West & South East

🕒 Position Details:

  • Role: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
  • Shift Type: Night Duty
  • Locations: Western Melbourne & South Eastern Melbourne
  • Employment Type: Casual and Part-Time positions available
  • Pay Rate: $35 – $45 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients during night shifts
  • Assist with mobility, hygiene, toileting, and other personal needs
  • Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

🎓 Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in aged care or disability support preferred
  • Reliable transport and flexibility to work across multiple sites
